Where to Find COVID-19 Information

Take Care Coaching is evidence-based, meaning we only use the most trusted and proven resources. This applies to COVID-19 information too. Our head Health Coach, Megan, in addition to being a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, also has a Master’s in Health Education and is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist. Part of her training is in being able to identify reputable and evidence-based sources of information.

To help you stay up to date on the latest news on the coronavirus we recommend the following:

John Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center: You can keep track of the latest information, anything from if you are feeling sick to updates on cases and testing.

Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Coronavirus (COVID-19): This site has everything from protecting your health, to information for schools and your workplace.

Center for Science in the Public Interest Evidence Hub: CSPI’s COVID-19 Evidence Hub is a clearinghouse of research hubs and links to sites that track COVID-19 research.

As we are going on months of staying at home, perhaps you may have noticed your health habits taking a back seat. Take Care Coaching can help you create a new normal during this time by encouraging you to maintain or reset your healthy habits. You can speak with a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach from the comfort of your own home! To schedule a free 20 minute session, please email info@takecarecoach.com
